In many cases, your order will ship within 24-48 hours after your order is placed. At higher-volume times of the year, such as Cyber Monday, there may be instances where your order may take up to 5 business days to ship.
All orders over $75 qualify for FREE standard shipping within the continental USA. Orders under $75 within the continental USA will be billed a flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping. If you require your order sooner, you may opt-in to our express shipping option at checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & The Virgin Islands
Orders under $75 in these states will be billed a flat rate of $29.95 for expedited shipping. All orders over $75 will receive a discounted rate of $16.95. There is no standard shipping option to these states. If you require your order sooner, you may opt-in to our express shipping option at checkout.
Military Mail (APO, FPO, DPO)
Military Mail orders under $75 will be billed a flat rate of $29.95 for standard shipping. All orders over $75 will receive a discounted rate of $16.95.
Elation does not currently ship to Canada. If you wish to ship to Canada, please contact our customer service team to place an order through our Canadian retail partner.
If placing an international order, a customer service representative will call you to determine the best shipping rate we can offer you based on when you require your order to deliver.
International shipments may be subject to local Customs and Brokerage Fees. These fees vary depending upon the nature of your order and are typically due at the time of delivery and are payable by the consignee.
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges if you are not completely satisfied with your Elation Breeches. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
A low $9.95 shipping fee will be charged for all returns and exchanges processed within the continental USA. Please contact our customer service team to be sent a pre-paid shipping label to return your order.
All Other Returns
If you are returning an order from outside of the Continental USA, you are responsible for the shipping charges required to return it. You may ship your package to us with whatever courier you would like, but please obtain a tracking number and insure your package as we are not responsible for lost packages. You must contact our customer service team prior to shipping your return back to us to begin the return process.
